Welcome to a New Season of Central Youth Football!


The countdown is officially on — and we couldn't be more excited to welcome all returning and new families to the 2025 Central Youth Football season! As we gear up for another year of learning, growth, and great football, we want to make sure you're fully prepared with all the important details about practices, equipment, and more.

TACKLE Football

  • Week of August 18: Mon–Thurs, 6:00–8:00 PM

  • Week of August 25: Mon–Thurs, 6:00–8:00 PM

  • Week of Sept 1 & Onward:

    • Tues & Thurs, 6:00–8:00 PM

    • Friday, 6:00–7:00 PM

FLAG Football

  • Week of August 18: Mon–Thurs, 6:00–7:30 PM

  • Week of August 25: Mon–Thurs, 6:00–7:30 PM

  • Week of Sept 1 & Onward:

    • Tues & Thurs, 6:00–7:30 PM

    • Friday, 6:00–7:00 PM

TACKLE – Provided by Central Youth Football:

  • Practice Jersey

  • Game Day Jersey (reversible)

  • Helmet

  • Shoulder Pads

TACKLE – Parent Provided:

  • Black Football Pants (fully integrated)

  • Mouth Guard

  • Protective Cup

  • Football Cleats

  • Black & Pink Socks (for October games)

  • Large Refillable Water Jug (no disposable bottles)

FLAG – Provided by Central Youth Football:

  • Practice Jersey

  • Game Day Jersey

  • Soft-Shell Helmet

  • Chest Protector

  • Shorts

  • Flags

FLAG – Parent Provided:

  • Mouth Guard

  • Protective Cup

Make-up Day: Thursday, August 14 | 5:00 – 8:00 PM

⚠️ Important: Equipment will not be distributed unless all required paperwork and bond checks are submitted. Bring all documents to your scheduled equipment pickup.

  • 2024 Central Youth Football Sports Physical Form

  • 2024 Mandatory Bond Checks/Volunteer Form

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Parent Meetings

FLT members will host short Parent Meetings during the first week of practice at each grade level. We’ll go over expectations, answer your questions, and make sure everyone is ready to kick off a successful season.
